Thank you to all who participated in MHAM 2020!
We can't wait to see you in 2021.
June is National Migraine & Headache Awareness Month (#MHAM), and the full headache, migraine and cluster communities are working together for our diseases to be recognized.
What is MHAM?
June is National Migraine & Headache Awareness Month (#MHAM), and the full headache, migraine and cluster communities are working together for our diseases to be recognized. A disease awareness month plays a vital role in raising public knowledge, addressing stigma and building a stronger community of patient advocates. This website will serve as a central hub of information about MHAM and the activities planned for the month - geared for those living with headache diseases, their caregivers and the general public. Be sure to check out our blog posts written by advocates. Join us in advocating and spreading awareness! Now, more than ever, we need our community.
MHAM Blog
Leading up to and during the month of June, we are featuring daily blog posts from the headache and migrane community. Some of the posts are written by long-time advocates, and some are written by brand new advocates. Sharing your personal story is a great way to become an advocate - of yourself, of your disease and our community.
