Event Details

More than 1 million New Yorkers may be living with migraine or severe headache, and this campaign is designed to help people recognize migraine, start conversations about care, reduce common triggers, and build a more headache-aware city.

On June 15, volunteers will be stationed at transit stops in Manhattan from 8:00–10:00 AM to hand out purple flags and informational materials to commuters.

After the morning activation, we will gather for the Headache in the City Press Conference and Speak Out on the steps of City Hall at 11:00 AM sharp. Please plan to arrive by 10:45 AM.
