Event Details

Headache on the HillMany migraine advocacy non-profits are coming together to host a fundraiser for the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy (AHDA) annual Headache on the Hill event. This will be a virtual walk, run or just relax event that you complete from your home town at a time that works best for you between June 29th and July 7th.

All funds raised will benefit AHDA to support their annual Headache on the Hill event and provide some scholarship funds to support advocate travel needs.

We will mail you out your swag bag for receipt before June 29th (if you sign up after June 23rd, the bag will be mailed on July 8th) that includes your participant shirt and finisher medal. There may be a few other goodies included too!

As a virtual event, we encourage you to practice safe social distancing recommendations. Remember, our events are not just for walkers and runners. You complete your walk, your run or your own “just relax” activity at a time and place that works for your schedule. Upload your results via a link provided to you a few days in advance of the scheduled event.

Miles for Migraine

Miles for Migraine creates live, patient-participatory events that reduce the burden of isolation and stigma for people with migraine and headache diseases, and their caregivers. It builds community by bringing people together at fun walk/runs and through educational and support programs. Miles for Migraine also has programs specifically focused on engaging and supporting adolescents. Its programs foster empowerment, increase disease awareness, teach skills to advocate for better access to treatments and raise funds for headache fellowship programs.
