Migraine Support Groups: Join a Community

People with sunglasses smiling and standing around a news anchor desk.

Living with headache, migraine and cluster diseases can be extremely isolating. Join one of the many online communities and support groups to connect with other people living with headache diseases and their caregivers.

You can reach out before or after an attack; share a healthcare success; or talk with others in the community. It is the best way to feel supported and cared for and to build connections with others. It is also a great step toward advocacy and fighting the stigma associated with headache diseases.

If your group not on this list? Send us an email: info@migraineheadacheawarenessmonth.org
